Converse All Star Aged Ox for RHC Ron Herman [Release Date/Price/Where To Buy]
Reimagined, retrofitted, redux.
The collaborative effort between the eponymous RHC Ron Herman and the quintessential American footwear company Converse has been unveiled.
About the Converse All Star Aged Ox for RHC Ron Herman
Conceived in 1917 by founder Marquis M. Converse as a basketball shoe, the Converse All Star has outgrown its athletic performance pedigree to become a long-established staple in the lifestyle realm. The iconic All Star has found its place in the hearts and palate of diverse demographics, subcultures, and stylistic expressions for over a century.
This upcoming release reinterprets the classic, infusing it with the seminal sartorial sensibilities of RHC. Constructed from washed ripstop canvas, the shoe exhibits an attention to detail, evident in features such as the convertible slip-on design—achieved by removing the laces—and the high-density urethane foam and rubber sponge insole.
Dual branding is prominently displayed on the tongue label and insole. The Charcoal Gray hue of the shoe imbues it with remarkable versatility, integrating into a myriad of styles and transcending traditional gender distinctions.
