From 29 December 2024 to 3 January 2025, for about 6 days, delivery delays can be expected from the SNKRDUNK Authentication Center in Japan. This change is due to shipping partners in Japan not operating according to their normal schedule during this holiday period.

Rest assured, the SNKRDUNK Customer Support team will be available to assist you throughout the holidays. The estimated delivery schedule for the affected period is as follows:

1. Seller ships item to SNKRDUNK Authentication Center in Japan: ~ 1 to 4 days
2. Item arrives at SNKRDUNK Authentication Center in Japan: ~ 2 to 5 days
3. Authentication process and shipment to the buyer: ~ 1 to 4 days
4. Delivery to the buyer: ~ 8 to 11 days

Please note:
– Delivery may be further delayed due to the authentication process and/or the address of the seller/buyer.
– Delivery may be further delayed due to the shipping company’s availability.

A way to avoid this holiday season delay is to ship from our Authentication Center in Singapore instead of Japan.

Two things to be aware of if you choose to ship from Singapore is that our Authentication Center here only handles sneakers, and shipping fees may vary from Japan.

Here’s how you can choose your shipping location:

1. When selecting the item you wish to buy, tap on the “Size” dropdown menu.
2. From the “Choose Size” menu, tap on the downward arrow below the size you want to display all item listings in that size.
3. Check the location from which each item will be shipped (either “From SG” or “From JP”) and the corresponding shipping fees.

Remember, to avoid shipping delays from 29 December 2024 to 3 January 2025, you may choose to get your sneakers delivered from the SNKRDUNK Authentication Center in Singapore instead of Japan.
