As Slam Magazine celebrates its 30th anniversary, the basketball institution and the legendary hooper have teamed up once again to create two special colorways of Curry’s signature shoes, commemorating their shared journey.

About the UA Curry 12 and Spawn Flotro “SLAM” F&F Pack

Since that 2013 edition, Curry has appeared on the cover nearly a dozen times. These two special editions, however, feature exclusive imagery from the #173 print. The “Can’t Miss Kid” moniker, bestowed upon him by the magazine, is a prominent detail, embedded in the sockliner of the Curry 12. Both shoes alternate between the iconic blue and yellow tones that have defined Curry’s Bay Area career and the jersey he wore for the photo shoot.

This collaboration isn’t just a symbolic gesture. Curry has worn both pairs of shoes recently, bringing his journey full circle. While the UA Curry 12 and Spawn Flotro “SLAM” will remain Player Exclusives (PEs) for Steph and his inner circle, they offer a fascinating glimpse into his past and present.
