Nike seems to be adjusting its strategy, prioritizing innovation and reviving lesser-known classics over its popular retro models like the Air Force 1, Dunk, and Jordan 1. One such revival is the Nike Aqua Turf, a versatile silhouette from the early ’90s Nike ACG line, designed for water-based activities. As first reported by Complex’s Brendan Dunne, the Aqua Turf is making a comeback.

About the Nike Aqua Turf

The upcoming release features six colorways, each staying true to the original design with its neoprene and mesh construction. The upper’s large mesh panel ensures breathability, while the neoprene bootie provides a snug fit. Minimalist Nike branding on the heel maintains the original aesthetic. The EVA-cushioned midsole and outsole offer comfort and durability, making the Aqua Turf suitable for both urban and outdoor use.

Release Details

The Nike Aqua Turf will arrive in six colorways: Jade Horizon, Black, Deep Night, Light Orewood Brown, Dusty Cactus, and Vivid Pink. All pairs will be available in Spring 2025 via Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Both men’s and women’s sizes will be available, and retail pricing is set at US$65.
