Nike reaffirms its commitment to celebrating Historically Black Colleges and Universities with the latest addition to its Yardrunners Program: the Howard University x Nike Air Force 1 Low.

About the Howard University x Nike Air Force 1 Low “Yardrunner”

The design of the Howard University x Nike Air Force 1 Low incorporates the creative vision of renowned fashion and beauty editor Kahlana Barfield Brown, a proud alumna of Howard University.

Predominantly in Sail, contrasting accents of Bison brown adorn the Swoosh, tongue, sockliner, and heel tab. A nod to the university is embedded near the lateral toe, featuring Howard University’s geographical coordinates. The silhouette is completed with a Sail midsole, a Bison brown “AIR” branding, and a gum-brown rubber outsole.

Release Details

The Howard University x Nike Air Force 1 Low “Yardrunner” is scheduled for release on 18 December at DTLR and select Nike retailers, priced at US$120.
