BSTN Unveils a Custom Jordan 11 “Legend Blue” Porsche 911 Dakar
Featuring soccer star Leroy Sané, a lifelong Air Jordan fan.
Jordan Brand’s recent marketing campaign for the Jordan 11 “Legend Blue” has been met with mixed reactions. While some found the campout-themed ads entertaining, others argue that BSTN, a European retailer, has outdone the Jumpman’s storytelling efforts.
In collaboration with FAT International, BSTN commissioned a custom Porsche 911 Dakar inspired by the Jordan 11 colorway. The campaign features soccer star Leroy Sané, a lifelong Air Jordan fan born during the Bulls’ historic 72-10 season.
The customized Porsche boasts numerous details, including BSTN, FAT, and Jumpman logos, “95” text honoring the year of the AJ11’s release, and black/blue “carbon fiber” accents.
The most intriguing aspect of this project is Michael Jordan’s well-known passion for cars. As seen in “The Last Dance”, Jordan owned a Porsche 911, adding a layer of authenticity to this collaboration.
