Takashi Murakami officially launched his independent footwear brand, Ohana Hatake, with the Full-Bloom slides as its marquee offering. Many colorways have been produced, including a speak BLACKPINK collaboration, but two more, “Meteorite” and “Star White,” are scheduled to arrive to conclude the brand’s year.

About the Takashi Murakami Ohana Hatake Full-Bloom “Meteorite” and “Star White”

The Full-Bloom Slide, a minimalist canvas for Murakami’s hallmark flower motif, is reimagined in monochromatic glory. The “Meteorite” is cloaked in an all-black ensemble. In contrast, the “Star White” model radiates purity, adorned in a pristine white hue. Both feature a unique foam construction, with the sidewalls mimicking the delicate petals of a flower.

Takashi Murakami’s Ohana Hatake Full-Bloom in “Meteorite” and “Star White” will be available on 11 December, via Ohana Hatake’s official website and select retailers like Kith, priced at US$120.
