Nike Kobe 9 Elite Low Protro “Michael Jackson Moonwalker” [Release Date/Price/Where To Buy]
Returning for the first time since 2014.
Since the Kobe Bryant estate and Nike renewed their partnership two years ago, there’s been a steady stream of Nike Kobe releases. The pairs are currently the most-worn shoes in the NBA. Furthermore, with Bryant’s untimely passing in 2020, nostalgic fans continue to want a connection with their idol, so most of these pairs sell out, like the “Halo” colorway of the Nike Kobe Protro 8 and 9.
Many iconic ones will soon see the light of day again, such as the Nike Kobe 9 Elite Low Protro and Kobe 8 Protro “What The Kobe”. Next up, the Nike Kobe 9 Elite Low Protro “Michael Jackson Moonwalker”, arriving for the first time since its 2014 release.

As the name suggests, the pair pays tribute to the King of Pop, engulfed in a purple upper, and a regal silver Swoosh logo. A black midsole provides contrast, while a translucent outsole, embellished with a celestial moon graphic, gives a nod to MJ’s hallmark moonwalk.
