The PUMA Inverse draws its DNA from the PUMA Inhale, a Y2K-era icon first seen in 2000 and recently revived in a collaboration with A$AP Rocky. Generative AI played a pivotal role in crafting the sneaker’s look, providing a stream of possibilities that were then fine-tuned by PUMA’s design team.

What emerged is a sneaker that feels like a glimpse into tomorrow. The PUMA Inverse trades the chunky aesthetic of its predecessor for a sleeker, more futuristic vibe. Its mesh-heavy upper is paired with dynamic, curving overlays that give it a fast, aerodynamic energy. A midsole cage adds a functional edge, while the debut colorway—a blazing red with black and purple accents—turns up the intensity.

Release Details

The PUMA Inverse made its debut on 7 December 2024 and is available through PUMA’s website, flagship stores, and select retailers for a retail price of US$120.
