About the Under Armour Curry Fox 1 “Happy Fox Day Alt”

The launch unfolds in two acts. The first, aptly named “Happy Fox Day,” debuts on 6 December, a declaration adorned in a Christmas-appropriate palette. The second act, the “Happy Fox Day Alt,” offers a subtle shift in hues but nevertheless amplifies the festive spirit.

Dark pine engulfs the upper, a verdant tapestry woven from breathable mesh, synthetic reinforcements, and supple leather. A web of intricate gold detailing gracefully adorns the lace strap and heel, echoing the glint of festive ornaments. This symphony of color culminates in a flourish of multicolored laces and a gleaming gold tongue logo, leaving no doubt about the celebratory nature of this release.

Beyond the palette, the shoe integrates design elements that nod to its namesake. His signature logo seamlessly merges the image of a cunning fox, the number 5 (his jersey number), and the letter “D” in a single, elegant stroke. The lace strap culminates in a playful flourish, resembling a fox’s tail.

Under Armour’s FLOW cushioning graces underfoot delivering a cloud-like experience for every explosive step. A robust TPU heel counter safeguards against unwanted ankle roll, while the outsole features an almost ethereal tread pattern as if woven from a celestial gauze.
