[Update 6 Nov 2024] JD Sports recently celebrated the grand opening of its new store at VivoCity on 5 November, marking a significant milestone for the brand in Singapore. To commemorate the occasion, a Nike brand activation was unveiled at VivoCity’s West Boulevard on Level 1, transforming the space into an immersive experience inspired by the city’s MRT system.

From the 5th to 10th, visitors can step into a life-sized MRT carriage, complete with seats and handlebars, offering ample opportunities for Instagram-worthy moments.

The activation also showcases JD Sports’ new “JD-Exclusive” shoe tag, a sleek black-and-white design that replaces the traditional black-and-gold. The store’s interior has undergone a contemporary makeover, featuring chrome-themed fixtures that exude a modern and refined aesthetic.

Further, elevating the shopping experience, JD Sports introduces a dynamic shoe conveyor belt fixture in the VivoCity store window, offering a captivating visual display.

Additionally, a series of exclusive promotions are being offered to celebrate the store opening:

31 October to 10 November: Spend 180 SGD and receive a branded JD Sports tumbler, designed in collaboration with local artist Jeremy The Snork.
4 to 10th November: Spend 180 SGD on Nike and Jordan products and receive a limited-edition tote bag and button badge, customized by Gabriel of RYOT and KONSTRUKY LABS. These exclusive items can be personalized at the Nike brand activation zone.

Following the recent opening at NEX Serangoon, JD Sports Singapore will launch a new store at VivoCity on 30 October 2024, further expanding its retail presence.
