French footwear brand VEJA and Brazilian label P. Andrade have joined forces to create a hiking shoe as vibrant as the Amazon rainforest. Based on VEJA’s iconic Fitz Roy model, the VEJA x P. Andrade Fitz Roy features a multicolored upper that echoes the rugged beauty of rocky formations.

About the VEJA x P. Andrade Fitz Roy

Drawing inspiration from sealing systems encountered during an Amazon expedition, Pedro Andrade and Paula Kim, the P. Andrade duo, incorporated a unique design element into the shoe. The innovative design not only enhances functionality but also adds a striking aesthetic appeal.

Both brands are committed to sustainability and have used eco-friendly materials such as sugarcane and Amazonian rubber in the shoe’s construction. This choice reflects their dedication to minimizing their environmental impact.

Release Details

The VEJA x P. Andrade Fitz Roy will be available on P. Andrade’s website starting 4 October. A wider release is scheduled for 26 October through VEJA stores, both online and in-store. While official pricing details are scarce, stay tuned to SNKRDUNK Magazine for the latest updates.
