[Pokémon TCG] Technical Machine: Evolution (Future Flash [SV4M] 063/066) [Release Date/Price/Where To Buy]
A card which sees use in many Stage 2-centric decks.
In many Pokémon TCG decks, evolving Pokémon as early as possible is one of the major keys to the deck’s successful tactical execution. Technical Machine: Evolution from Future Flash [SV4M] is just the card for that. While most common in the Gardevoir ex deck, this card has also begun to make recent appearances in a new variant of the Charizard ex deck.
About Technical Machine: Evolution (Future Flash [SV4M] 063/066)
The Pokémon to which Technical Machine: Evolution is attached gains access to the aptly-named Evolution attack. By using this attack, the player gets to evolve two Benched Pokémon on the spot. This is ideal for decks centered around a Stage 2 card such as the Gardevoir ex and Charizard ex decks as it greatly speeds up those decks’ respective setups; it also comes in handy in decks which run multiple evolutionary lines.
The card’s illustration has a green plant-like pattern behind the image of the Technical Machine itself. This motif as well as the green color of the Technical Machine emphasize the idea of growth, connecting the imagery to the concept of Pokémon evolution.
