ASICS is embracing the changing seasons with a new iteration of their GEL-NYC silhouette. Building on the recent introduction of the GEL-NYC Utility, the Japanese brand has now released two shaggy suede colorways in September 2024 that are perfect for fall.

About the ASICS GEL-NYC “Feather Grey”

These latest GEL-NYC models feature a unique construction, swapping the usual mesh base for a plush, piled suede. This provides a luxurious and textured look that complements the autumnal aesthetic. The “Feather Grey/Truffle Grey” colorway offers a harmonious blend of green and khaki tones, with the outermost paneling showcasing a soft jade hue and the quarter and tongue featuring a darker shade.

The midsole complements the upper’s colors, displaying a balanced mix of green, khaki, and grey. The unconventional materials used in this design result in a more premium shoe.

The ASICS GEL-NYC “Feather Grey/Truffle Grey” was released on 3 September 2024 in unisex sizing and retails for US$150.
