This iteration joins the “Aqua” colorway as the second original AJ8 to re-emerge. Originally gracing the court in 1993, the “Bugs Bunny” earned its moniker through playful marketing campaigns featuring the beloved Looney Tunes rabbit sporting the kicks alongside Marvin the Martian.

Following its initial release, the shoe experienced a first retro revival in 2003, and once more a decade later in 2013.

The 2025 rendition stays true to the classic colorway, showcasing a crisp white leather upper accentuated by bold black and vibrant True Red accents. Notably, the silhouette boasts an updated shape, mirroring the form of the “Playoff” iteration.

Furthermore, the shoe features plush white leather contrasted with suede accents around the heels and ankles. The infamous number 23 adorns the crisscrossing straps, while the unique patterned overlays add a layer of visual intrigue.

Another notable element is the chenille tongue logo, a detail that elevates the overall design. White and grey hues grace the midsole, culminating in a predominantly white outsole for a clean finish.
