Loro Piana, a leading Italian luxury brand specializing in cashmere, has reportedly partnered with New Balance for a limited-edition release of the 990v6 footwear model.

About the Loro Piana x New Balance 990v6

While the preview doesn’t reveal any revolutionary features, the pair showcases a classic color palette of brown and chestnut across the upper. The shoe’s construction features a blend of mesh and nubuck, offering both breathability and durability. A standout element is the tongue, which is likely to display the “Loro Piana” branding prominently, underscoring the luxury heritage of this collaboration.

Release Details

While neither brand has confirmed the details as of writing, the Loro Piana x New Balance 990v6 is rumored to retail at US$1,000 each, and see a limited release of 1,000 pairs worldwide. It was also said that Loro Piana VIPs were already offered pre-orders for the pair while a public release is set for 5 September via Loro Piana.
