The commemorative touches commence with the tongue tag, showcasing a rendered Calavera character adorned with a top hat and elegant floral attire. The exposed stitching along the forefoot and heel echoes this skeletal motif, a clear nod to the Mexican holiday’s iconic imagery.

The eyestays, crafted in a bone-like pattern, further enhance the Calavera aesthetic alongside the embroidered flowers that adorn the top two laces. Completing the design, a gum sole provides a grounding element to the otherwise eccentric ensemble. The predominantly black and white color scheme maintains a respectful balance, ensuring the shoe’s fidelity to the Samba’s iconic silhouette.
