BUAISOU, celebrated for their mastery of indigo dyeing, brings a rich tapestry of techniques to this collaboration. Renowned for partnerships with global brands such as Nike, Jimmy Choo, and Studio Ghibli, the group’s expertise is evident in every facet of the shoe. The upper, crafted from a bespoke mold, showcases the iconic Mizuno Lambard mark, meticulously rendered in a unique indigo dyeing technique known as katajime.

The interior of the shoe is adorned with the mesmerizing murakumo dyeing method, resulting in an ethereal, variegated indigo hue. Complementing this artistry, discharge dyeing creates intricate patterns on the eyelets and reinforcements, adding depth and dimension to the design.

Hemp shoelaces and premium pigskin accents further enhance the shoe’s luxurious appeal. The collaboration is masterfully detailed with co-branded tongue labels and insoles, a testament to the harmonious partnership between Mizuno and BUAISOU.
