Converse Japan has announced a new collaboration with the iconic animated series, The Powerpuff Girls. The partnership will result in a collection of platform sneakers featuring the beloved characters, set to hit shelves in August 2024.

About the The Powerpuff Girls x Converse Japan Collection

The core of the collection includes the classic Chuck Taylor model, reimagined with a substantial seven-centimeter platform sole. The shoes will feature Powerpuff Girls-inspired designs, including star and heart motifs and character patches, on the canvas upper.

Additionally, Converse Japan will release a Powerpuff Girls version of its All-Star Light sneaker, also with a platform sole. The All-Star Light models will come in three colorways: Pink for Blossom, Blue for Bubbles, and Green for Buttercup.

Release Details

The Powerpuff Girls x Converse Japan collection is set to launch on 30 August 2024 on Converse Japan’s website. Expect retail prices to be around JPY 16,500 (~US$114). Be sure to look for them on the SNKRDUNK App post-release.
