In commemoration of his upcoming solo exhibition, “Adventures in Memory”, set to open on 7 August and run through 11 November at The National Art Center in Tokyo, Japanese pop art luminary Keiichi Tanaami is joining forces with adidas Originals for a special collaboration.

This follows their previous “adicolor by Tanaami” apparel release in 2019, introducing a fresh lineup featuring the Adilette Slides model. The collaborative pair showcase Tanaami’s signature psychedelic motifs adorned throughout the upper strap and footbed, completed in two vibrant colorways: “Core Black/Yellow” and “Signal Cyan”.

For those interested in copping, the adidas Adilette Tanaami pack will be launching on 7 August via adidas, atmos, and GR8. Prior to that, a raffle will run till 7 August, 9:30AM (JST) via the CONFIRMED App. Each pair retails at 7,700 JPY (~US$51).
