From fashion faux pas to fashion-forward, Crocs has gone through a renaissance, a reputation revamp. Its resurgence, can be attributed largely to one Salehe Bembury. Succeeding the introduction of the Juniper model in the “Guava” and “Realtree” colorway and glimpses of future designs, the titular “Tahini” makeup emerges as the next chapter in their portfolio.

The Salehe Bembury x Crocs Pollex Juniper “Tahini” is a study in contrasts. A harmonious blend of white mesh and rubber forms the upper. The midfoot’s membrane texture adds depth and visual intrigue, while the mesh collar ensures a lightweight and comfortable fit. The neoprene tongue offers a secure and snug embrace. Grounding the design is the iconic 3D fingerprint sole unit in a gum colorway, providing both aesthetic appeal and functional traction.

The Salehe Bembury x Crocs Pollex Juniper “Tahini” is slated for a 2024 release via Salehe Bembury’s Be A Spunge website, Crocs, and select retailers, priced at US$140.
