[Update 29 Jul 2024] The newly dubbed atmos Tokyo x adidas ZX8000 “Glow in the Dark Snake” will be released on 9 August, exclusively via atmos Tokyo. A raffle will be held from 1 to 7 August for those interested. The pair is expected to retail at 18,700 JPY (~US$122).

atmos Tokyo is focused on putting Asia on the map. Their latest work, a collaborative effort with adidas, is a fiery ZX8000 “G-SNK 9”.

This shoe boasts a mix of premium leather, mesh, and TPU, offering a balance of durability and breathability. The true showstopper, however, is the glow-in-the-dark snakeskin adorning the mudguard, eyestays, and heel.

The rest of the shoe maintains a clean aesthetic with a White mesh base, black and blue accents for a pop of color, and a comfortable blue foam midsole for all-day wear. Down below, a tonal rubber outsole provides excellent grip on any surface, completing the package.

Officially, there’s no word on the price yet, but you can expect the atmos Tokyo x adidas ZX8000 “G-SNK 9” to drop online and in-store at atmos Tokyo sometime in 2024.
