Jordan Brand’s “Reimagined” series has been a hit-and-miss, save for the inaugural Air Jordan 1 High OG “Lost & Found”. Come 2025 however, the Nike Air Jordan 1 will be used as a canvas once again, this time retooling the quintessential “UNC” colorway.

Like its “Black Toe Reimagined” predecessor arriving this year, the shoe retains its hallmark color blocking. A crisp White base is presided over by Dark Powder Blue overlays, a color scheme that evokes the spirit of the University of North Carolina and pays homage to Michael Jordan’s collegiate legacy.

While the specifics of the “Reimagined” treatment have yet to be unveiled, there’s a possibility of a shift towards premium materials that could elevate the shoe’s overall feel, while a subtle nod to vintage aesthetics might introduce a touch of nostalgic charm.

The Nike Air Jordan 1 High OG “UNC Reimagined” is poised to hit select Jordan Brand retailers and Nike.com next summer, with an RRP of US$180.

Elsewhere under the Jordan Brand umbrella, another A Ma Maniére x Nike Air Jordan 5 is set to arrive in the same season as well. While waiting for updates, head to the SNKRDUNK App via the banner below and browse the latest and greatest Air Jordans.
