A first-time collaboration sees established British retailer END. join forces with Y-3, the definitive voice in fashion-meets-sportswear, for the “Cobalt” capsule collection.

Since 2002, Y-3 has consistently blurred the lines between high fashion and technical apparel, seamlessly integrating Yohji Yamamoto’s avant-garde vision with performance-driven innovation. The “Cobalt” capsule exemplifies this synergy, reimagining two footwear styles with a focus on both functionality and aesthetics. The two chosen are the Takumi Sen 11 and the Gendo Run.

The Takumi Sen 11 reinterprets an iconic adidas performance running shoe through the lens of Y-3. Clad in various shades of cobalt blue, the shoe boasts intricate taping details and zig-zag stitching at the heels, elevating its visual appeal.

The Gendo Run, an entirely new creation for the collaboration, embodies a bold, performance-inspired aesthetic. Rendered in cobalt blue and black, the shoe features an exaggerated, angular sole unit with cut-out detailing, reflecting the core Y-3 principle of merging performance with striking design.

Both footwear styles are adorned with a wealth of branded details, including Yohji Yamamoto’s signature at the heels and the END. logo on the tongues.

The raffle for the END.-exclusive “Cobalt” capsule collection is open now and will close on 28 June, its official launch day. The S-Gendo Run is priced at US$395 with the Takumi Sen 10, US$285.
