[Update 27 Jun 2024] A slew of new images of the Ado x COMME des GARÇONS collection have arrived via Up To Date. Two t-shirts plastered with imagery from Ado’s song “Readymade” can be spotted in them. You can view the images in the gallery above.

For those interested, the exclusive collection will debut via the TRADING MUSEUM COMME des GARÇONS stores in Omotesando and Roppongi, Tokyo, Japan, on 29 June.

From charting hits including “Usseewa”, “Odo” to Anime film tracks such as “New Genesis” for ONE PIECE FILM RED and a feature in the Japanese version of “UNFORGIVEN” by K-pop girl group LE SSERAFIM, Japanese female singer Ado has established herself as a prominent figure in the Japanese music scene.

This continued success has now translated into an upcoming collaborative project with Rei Kawakubo’s COMME des GARÇONS. Launching exclusively through the TRADING MUSEUM COMME des GARÇONS stores in Omotesando and Roppongi, Tokyo, Japan on 29 June, the collection’s lineup remains a mystery for now.
