[Update 13 Aug 2024] The Cecilie Bahnsen x ASICS GEL-QUANTUM 360 VIII in “Silver/Yellow” and “Silver/Mint” (previously known as “Silver/Black” and “Silver/Clearly Aqua”) will be released via Cecilie Bahnsen online on 14 August instead of the previously reported 8 August.

Additionally, both pairs retail for 240 EUR (~US$260) instead of the previously reported US$297. A wider global release can be expected sometime in September this year. You may find a pair in your size on the SNKRDUNK App after its initial release.

Although specifics about Cecilie Bahnsen’s ASICS GEL-TERRAIN are still under wraps, it seems the Copenhagen label has another co-created release on the horizon with the Japanese sportswear brand for Fall/Winter 2024.

Unveiled at the recent ASICS Paris Fashion Week pop-up, the Cecilie Bahnsen x ASICS GEL-QUANTUM 360 VIII reimagines the iconic sneaker with a major design upgrade. Integrating the Mary Jane aesthetic on the upper, it transforms into a laceless, sandal-like silhouette while retaining the signature side panels and DIVISION GEL™ midsole technology.

Equipped with silver flower embellishments adorning the upper straps, the pair comes in two colorways: “Silver/Clearly Aqua” and “Silver/Black”. Notably, this also marks the first women’s rendition of the silhouette.

Retailing at US$297 each, the Cecilie Bahnsen x ASICS GEL-QUANTUM 360 VIII FW24 pack is set to launch on 8 August via Cecilie Bahnsen, and 19 August through NAKED Copenhagen. No release via ASICS has been confirmed at this time. Stay tuned for further updates.
