Tapping renowned graphic artist Kosuke Kawamura.
To commemorate their fifth single album release, the Japanese female global pop group XG is set to hold a special “WOKE UP” photo exhibition in collaboration with the Japanese fashion retailer GR8.
Alongside both CD and vinyl formats of their latest single “WOKE UP”, the duo will also launch a range of album merchandise, including sticker sets, a tin badge, postcards, a metallic poster, and notably, an exclusive apparel collection designed in collaboration with Japanese graphic artist Kosuke Kawamura.
This apparel collection includes short sleeve crew neck and long sleeve tees, available in both white and pigment-dyed black variations.
The short sleeve tee showcases the album artwork on the front, accompanied by an original logo print beside it and on the back. Meanwhile, the long sleeve tee features the group’s latest promotional shots on the back, with the same logo displayed on the front.
The GR8 x XG “WOKE UP” photo exhibition pop-up will be held at GR8 on 15–16 June. During the event, signed posters will be given away to 10 lucky customers daily through a raffle draw, exclusively for those who spend more than 15,000 JPY (~US$95).
