Dover Street Market (DSM) further expands its coveted Nike collection with a minimalist interpretation of the Zoom Vomero 5. This iteration embraces a monochromatic scheme, echoing the “Triple Black” aesthetic but distinguished by subtle design elements that elevate it beyond a simple color swap.

The shoe retains the hallmarks of the Vomero 5, including a breathable mesh base, supportive leather overlays, and stabilizing plastic panels on the heel counter. Rounding out its technical specifications are the 3M reflective accents on the profiles and its Zoom Air cushioning.

Cosmetically, the collaboration boasts a co-branded logo featuring the DSM inscription prominently displayed on the tongue. A similar logo graces the right heel, rendered in black to maintain the sleek colorway. In contrast, the left heel proudly displays the iconic Swoosh. Finally, the Bill Bowerman imprint on the insoles remains intact, a signature element of the Zoom Vomero 5 lineage.

While an official release date via DSM remains undisclosed, the Dover Street Market x Nike Zoom Vomero 5 “Black” will pre-launch exclusively via New Zealand retailer Shelflife on 12 June, 2024.
