The Dallas Mavericks responded to their Game 1 loss with a valiant effort, spearheaded by Luka Dončić’s offensive outburst. However, the Boston Celtics weathered a cold shooting night from Jayson Tatum and key contributions from Jrue Holiday to secure a narrow 105-98 victory in Game 2 of the NBA Finals.

While on-court stars captivated audiences, stars courtside were not outdone. As is customary for high-profile games, a roster of A-listers graced the sidelines, with Travis Scott’s presence generating particular buzz.

The quintessential tastemaker of the current youth, Travis Scott sported an unseen colorway of his signature Jordan Jumpman Jack. This isn’t the first time he has teased an unreleased design; for much of 2023 before the pair’s official debut, glimpses of the Jordan Jumpman Jack were limited to these courtside and concert appearances, adding to its enigma.

While the pair-in-question’s official name remains undisclosed, “Lucky Green” seems a fitting moniker, sure to draw the approval of Lucky the Leprechaun (Boston Celtics mascot) himself. Especially with the game taking place at his house.

Scott has recently been expanding his design palette beyond his signature earthy tones, alluded to by the vibrant makeups of his “Canary”, “Shy Pink”, and “Dark Pony” Air Jordan 1s. This inclination towards bolder colorways could potentially translate to the Jordan Jumpman Jack as well.

Stay tuned for further details and images in the coming weeks, including confirmation on whether this iteration will remain a player exclusive (PE) or receive a wider release.
