adidas Japan’s “TOKYO ENERGY” campaign has spawned numerous remarkable collaborations, including the Shinsuke Nakada x adidas Stan Smith LUX, SHUKYU x E-WAX x adidas Originals Handball Spezial, and more.

Joining this prestigious list, Hikari Shibata, a Japanese model, photographer, and creative, has officially partnered with the sportswear label to offer her interpretation of the Gazelle Indoor model.

Available in two colorways, “Core White” and “Night Indigo”, the Hikari Shibata x adidas Gazelle Indoor presents a distinctive approach to material selection. Constructed with a nylon base and suede overlays, it exudes a vintage charm, further enhanced by a gum sole.

The Japanese model’s meticulous attention to detail is evident in the subtle crochet pattern adorning the three-stripes profile, as well as the original tongue labels, which offer space for personalized name and date labeling.

The Hikari Shibata x adidas Gazelle Indoor pack is scheduled for release on 11 June via the adidas CONFIRMED App, BILLY’S, and select retailers. Each pair is currently available for raffle and retails for 18,700 JPY (~US$120).
