The 500 Years in the Future [OP-07] set introduced characters and scenes from the One Piece manga’s Egghead Arc to the ONE PIECE Card Game. The set was so named because of the futuristic nature of the island of Egghead—an island deemed to be five centuries more advanced than any other location in the One Piece universe. This card depicting Sanji makes reference to one of his most well-known scenes from that arc.

The scene depicted on this card shows Sanji in combat against S-Shark, one of the Seraphim who are among the Egghead Arc’s supporting antagonists. The top-right portion of the card zooms in on Sanji’s left foot—this was done because Sanji is about to launch a ferocious kick on S-Shark in this sequence.

This card’s status as a Super Rare Parallel (SR-P) card makes it among the rarest cards of the set. Additionally, cards depicting any member of the Straw Hat Pirates are certain to have major appeal. Finally, this card depicts one of the most climactic sequences thus far from the manga arc that’s still ongoing, so it’s certain to draw attention for that reason.

This card will be released in English on 28 June 2024 along with the rest of 500 Years in the Future [OP-07].
