None are quite as adventurous as Crocs on the collaborative front. Traversing through different industries and IPs, their collaborative portfolio has subsumed the mainstream zeitgeist’s biggest names such as Pringles, Pokémon, and Naruto: Shippuden—to name a few.

At the more artistic end, they’ve also collaborated recently with Futura Laboratories. Next in that lane, they’re venturing into the world of fine art with a special edition Classic Clog paying homage to the legendary Jean-Michel Basquiat.

Each side features a different masterpiece: “Untitled (1982)” on one and “Untitled Skull (1981)” on the other. The nods extend to the Jibbitz charms as well, featuring “Untitled 1960 (1983)” and the playful Pez Dispenser dinosaur, culminating with Basquiat’s signature and crown logo.

The Basquiat x Crocs Classic Clog will be released on 7 May with an RRP of US$75. Find them then at Foot Locker, Champs, and of course, Crocs.com.
