Star Wars Day is upon us and in celebration of the pop culture phenomenon, brands worldwide have been preparing their own conjunctive releases.

For one, there is Tokyo art gallery owner Shinji Nanzuka and his partnership with adidas. On the apparel side, there’s kolor’s two-piece capsule. Typical of the Japanese label, they reimagine the franchise’s most famous iconographies with lighthearted motivations.

The first features a playful, childlike doodle of an epic lightsaber duel. Easily the most famous of all: Luke Skywalker’s faceoff against Darth Vader in The Empire Strikes Back. The other depicts the X-Wing fighter with a minimalistic yet vibrant design. Inspired by the opening scene of A New Hope, the graphic depicts the plane streaking across, leaving a colorful contrail.

Available in black or white, the capsule will be available from 26 April to 12 May exclusively at Shibuya PARCO and Shinsaibashi PARCO.
