Dallas Mavericks star Luka Dončić is ready for the playoffs, and so is his latest signature shoe with Jordan Brand, the Nike Jordan Luka 3. With the Mavericks aiming to take down the Clippers in the first round, Dončić will be sporting these new kicks on the court.

The design of the Nike Jordan Luka 3 draws inspiration from Dončić’s passion for high-performance sports cars. The shoe reflects the qualities of a top-tier car, with features that echo both the power of the engine and the precise handling of the chassis.

The outsole’s herringbone pattern mimics racing tires, allowing quick stops and starts on the court. Design elements like the seatbelt-inspired pull tabs and the wavy lines on the upper evoke the feeling of speed.

Building on the success of the Nike Jordan Luka 2, the new shoe boasts several key improvements. The centerpiece is the upgraded Isoplate technology designed to maximize agility and speed. The lateral part of the Isoplate has been widened for better support, while strategic weight reduction enhances a player’s ability to break free from defenders.

For smooth transitions and explosive movements, the Nike Jordan Luka 3 combines the Isoplate with full-length Cushlon 3.0 foam. This duo is ideal for quick step-backs and powerful drives to the basket. Additionally, the midsole system provides excellent support for both forward movements and lateral cuts.

In a significant step towards sustainability, all Nike Jordan Luka 3 colorways are made with at least 20% recycled materials by weight, achieving a Tier-2 sustainability rating. This sets a new standard for the Luka sneaker line and reflects Nike’s commitment to environmental responsibility.

The Nike Jordan Luka 3 will debut in two colorways this July: “Midnight Racer” and “Photo Finish”. The “Midnight Racer” releases on 5 July 2024, exclusively in Europe. The “Photo Finish” releases globally on 16 July 2024, via Nike brick-and-click stores.

Men’s sizing for the pack comes at an RRP of US$130, and prices for grade school, preschool, and toddler sizing are US$100, US$80, and US$60, respectively.
