The New Balance 1000 Is Looking Dreamy in “Grey Cream”
Another solid 1000 variant.
Boston-based footwear brand New Balance is known for reviving iconic silhouettes, and the 1000 is no exception. Originally released in 1999, the shoe has seen collaborations with the likes of Aimé Leon Dore and Joe Freshgoods in “Black Ice” and “Pink Mink”, as well as in-line variants like “Metallic Silver” and “Green”.
This year’s “Grey Cream” features a unique split color scheme. Soft Grey suede wraps from heel to toe, while creamy tones grace the upper. Smooth leather accents the toe box, and a durable Grey mesh base adds breathability.
Cream laces, tongue, and sockliner complement the upper, creating a balanced look. A Grey sole unit sits on a classic Black outsole for a timeless finish.
The New Balance 1000 “Grey Cream” is slated for release in October 2024 at New Balance brick-and-click stores and select retailers. They will be available in men’s sizing and come at an RRP of US$150.
