adidas is adding another Samba to the mix—and a pretty luxurious one at that. The silhouette has come a long way from its humble beginnings as a football shoe in 1950 and is now synonymous with what’s heat in sneaker culture.

This April, the adidas Samba OG Made in Italy “Core White/Core Black/Gum” will make its debut, and is taking things up a notch with the choice of materials used to craft this pair. The upper is dressed in smooth Italian leather, while its heritage is honored with a classic Gum outsole.

The colorway draws inspiration from Italian dress shoes, featuring a Core White base contrasted by sleek Black accents. To commemorate this luxurious release, the shoes will come packaged in a unique box as well.

Arriving at an RRP of US$350, the adidas Samba OG Made in Italy “Core White/Core Black/Gum” is slated to hit retail shelves in April 2024. Stay tuned for a firm release date once it’s announced.
