New Balance is really making waves this year. Their next release introduces an upgrade to the iconic 1906 silhouette with the introduction of the 1906 Utility in the muted “Clay Ash” colorway.

This new “U” version is specifically crafted for rugged terrain. While it retains the timeless appeal of the classic 1906 design, it incorporates additional layers for enhanced durability, albeit with a trade-off of slightly reduced airflow.

The most notable enhancements come at the forefront, highlighted by a redesigned toe box, paving the way for exciting new color schemes like the upcoming “Clay Ash” option. Moreover, this colorway showcases subtle greys paired with muted pastels, all complemented by a stylish grey and burgundy midsole.

The release of the New Balance 1906U “Clay Ash” is scheduled for sometime this year. As for pricing, there’s no confirmation just yet, so be sure to stay tuned to SNKRDUNK Magazine for the latest updates!
