Emily Oberg, founder of the luxury sportswear brand Sporty & Rich and former Complex presenter, has always possessed a keen eye for aesthetics. Now, her label is continuing its successful collaboration with adidas, this time putting their spin on the classic SL 72.

Similar to the popular, minimalist Samba releases from last year, this collaboration features a blue and yellow colorway that subtly references Emily Oberg’s Swedish heritage. Sporty & Rich branding adds a subtle touch to the shoe. She debuted the shoe at a recent intimate dinner during Paris Fashion Week.

While the SL 72 might not be the most hyped adidas shoe yet, it’s gaining traction thanks to several upcoming colorways scheduled for release throughout the year. This comfortable, everyday option has been receiving renewed attention lately, partly due to a Wales Bonner collaboration released last year.

While an official release date is still to be announced, adidas expects them to hit shelves in November. In the meantime, check out the images in the gallery above for a closer look.
