[Update 7 Jun 2024] Originally known as the ‘Black/Wolf Grey’ color scheme, the Nike Air Jordan 12 Retro has been renamed “Barons”. Alongside the name change, Nike has also confirmed that the silhouette will be releasing in a family size run, retailing at US$200 (men), US$150 (GS), US$90 (PS), and US$75 (TD) respectively.

After the highly anticipated return of the OG “Cherry” colorway in 2023, Jordan Brand isn’t done treating fans. A brand new Nike Air Jordan 12 Retro “Black/Wolf Grey” is slated for a 2024 release, offering a fresh take on a classic silhouette.

While official photos haven’t surfaced, mockups convey a sleek, versatile aesthetic that would look great on- and off- the court.

The star of the show is the muted Wolf Grey, which gracefully flows down the mudguard and completely covers the sole. Rumors of complementary accents adding further depth to the design only heighten its appeal.

A familiar friend joins the party—classic black tumbled leather. Wrapping the stitched upper, it provides a comfortable embrace and a sense of continuity by extending to the interior and tongue.

Strategically placed white accents add a touch of brilliance, acting as more than just decoration. The stark white TWO3 embroidery, in particular, stands out as a bold punctuation mark amidst the black and grey symphony.

Retailing at US$200, the Nike Air Jordan 12 Retro “Black/Wolf Grey” will come in full-family sizing.
