PLEASURES have laid their signature over many of PUMA’s classic silhouettes. In recent months, they’ve subsumed the Suede XL and the VELOPHASIS into their collaborative portfolio. The latest addition being these “Glacial Grey” and “Black” colorways of the PUMA Spirex.

The pair, manifesting the Y2K era’s fascination with futuristic aesthetics, boasts an asymmetrical upper with diverse paneling on its profiles. This design choice, reminiscent of the above-mentioned VELOPHASIS, is supported by a structural wireframe that enhances both stability and visual appeal.

Building upon the Spirex’s foundation, PLEASURES infuses its signature style by incorporating mesh materials on the toe and midfoot. They further add distinction to the collaboration by introducing hairy suede overlays on the toe box.

Each colorway boasts the LA label’s branding near the collar, with a co-branded imprint on the insole, signifying the fusion of two design philosophies.

Beneath the intricate upper lies a color-matched foam midsole, ensuring a cohesive aesthetic. The durable rubber outsole features a meticulously designed lug pattern.

The PLEASURES x PUMA Spirex Pack is set to release on 3 March; expect them at PLEASURES and PUMA stores then. Although firm details haven’t been announced, the two pairs will be availed in men’s sizing for a retail price of US$110.
