Bob Marley’s legacy, his message of unity, love, and social justice continues to resonate around the world, more than four decades after his passing. adidas, in collaboration with the Bob Marley estate, proudly presents a collaborative SL 72 runner as an homage to the reggae icon.

Part of adidas’ Summer 2024 lineup, the Bob Marley x adidas SL 72 features a sleek black upper symbolizing Marley’s timeless style and music; and pops of vibrant green and wine colors adorning the rubber sole, reminiscent of the Rastafarian flag and his Jamaican heritage.

As a final flourish, Marley’s image and name is proudly displayed on the tongue and sockliner, alongside his signature, elegantly embossed in gold on the heel.

Look for the Bob Marley x adidas SL 72 at adidas’ brick-and-click stores when D-Day comes in the summer. Stay tuned for more details and images in the coming weeks!
