Hot off the success of the “Georgia Peach” colorway of his adidas AE1 signature shoe line, Minnesota Timberwolves guard Anthony Edwards is releasing three new colorways. One has just dropped; two more are just around the corner.

First up is the freshly-released “New Wave”. This sneaker references the colors of the Timberwolves logo—a perfectly-timed launch considering that the franchise is now a legitimate title contender for the first time in two decades.

One of the two colorways to come is the “Best Of Adi”. Informally nicknamed “Stormtrooper”, it’s a mostly monochromatic shoe combining white, grey, and black.

The “Velocity Blue” is also coming soon. Its color scheme is based on the alternate Timberwolves jersey and understandably, its launch date is not long before the NBA playoffs.

Each of these three adidas AE1 colorways costs US$120 and is purchasable via adidas.com. “New Wave” launched on 25 January 2024; “Best Of Adi” and “Velocity Blue” will be released on 1 March 2024 and 8 March 2024 respectively.
