London’s fashion darling, Grace Wales Bonner, reunites with adidas for another effort, riding off the inertia of their successful string of Sambas. This time, for the iconic SL76.

adidas’ retro running shoe born in the fire of the 1976 Montreal Olympics, gets a contemporary makeover under Wales Bonner’s discerning eye.

The upper features a mesh and suede construction. The hallmark Three Stripes reimagined in supple leather, and a color palette that whispers luxury: a sunny yellow and a calming light blue.

Not much is known about the pairs beyond what can be discerned from the leaks but they are purported to arrive sometime in 2024. Stay tuned! More details and images should come to light in the coming weeks.
