doublet, a Japanese designer brand founded by Masayuki Ino in 2013, has recently taken to Paris Fashion Week to showcase his latest FW24 “THE CURE” collection.

Among a unique array of apparel inspired by distinctive icons including Stranger Things, McDonald’s and more, a collaborative footwear model with ASICS was spotted on foot by the runway models.

The duo spotlights the GEL-KAYANO 20, offering an interpreted version of the footwear model. Making use of the silhouette’s tooling, the base layer features a reconstructed and asymmetrical look, with ASICS’ branding taking a glimpse through the toe box under the overlays. The pair is then completed in a beige and white color scheme.

No release details for the doublet x ASICS GEL-KAYANO 20 have been confirmed at this time, but more is expected to be unveiled in the coming months. Stay tuned for further updates.
