Parisian multifaceted creative collective, 99GINGER, just flipped the script on the New Balance 1906R with an audacious crocodile makeover.

It’s a composition rarely attempted on a New Balance model, imbuing the pair with a luxurious, Mauri-esque green croc upper that hugs the 1906R like a second skin.

Stitched details echo the shoe’s original construction, while glossy black accents on the toe caps and heel cages add a touch of edge. The black tongue, midsole, and outsole keep things familiar, just the way the model’s fans would want it.

Although this iteration is a Friends & Family (F&F) exclusive, it’s purported that a second version will get a wider release sometime in 2024. So stay tuned!
