Travis Scott’s reign over the sneaker landscape might have hit a slight slump in 2023, but 2024 seems to promise a triumphant return. Whispers in the wind, or rather, leaked images on screens, are buzzing about the Travis Scott x Jordan Jumpman Jack TR “Black Royal” and prior, the model’s new colorways.

The “Black Royal” still boasts all the trademarks of the JJJ: the rebellious reverse Swooshes, the “Cactus Jack” imprint underfoot, and the swaggering vamp strap echoing the OG Nike Air Trainer 1. But this time, the titular “Black Royal” takes the spotlight against the dark backdrop on the aforementioned vamp strap and the outsole, regal and elegant against the shoe’s sleek canvas.

Images and details are scarce, but the hype train is already chugging full steam ahead. Expect more info, more leaks, and probably even a few meltdowns in the coming weeks.

Read on in “Jordan Jumpman Jack: The Beginning of the End of the Travis Scott Hype?” to understand why the Jordan Jumpman Jack could be a turning point, not just for the shoe itself, but for the relationship between Travis Scott and the Jordan brand. Will it solidify Scott’s throne, or will it be a threat to his legacy? Find out why.

While the JJJ is getting release-ready, there’s the Travis Scott x Nike Air Jordan 1 Low OG SP “Canary” that’s just been teased.
