Skateboarding prodigies took over the sport’s inaugural games at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo. Yuto Horigome took home Gold in the men’s category, and foreseeably got his own signature Nike SBs.

But the Japanese skater wouldn’t be the only one getting that endorsement from the Swoosh. Over at the women’s category, 15-year-old Brazilian Rayssa Leal bagged the Silver medal. It didn’t come with her own signature shoes, but it came with the repute that would inevitably earn her one.

The Rayssa Leal x Nike SB Dunk Low features a palette of Pure Platinum, Deep Royal Blue, Vivid Purple, White, and Gum Yellow. The pair is built over a leather base with textile overlays and a medial heel that boasts Rayssa’s logo. Smiley face charms adorn the lace dubraes, with the shoes housed in a special packaging and an extra set of laces.

At the time of writing, the shoes are rumored to be released on 11 January 2024. If true, then you can find them then on Nike SNKRS with an RRP of US$125. These details should be ascertained in the coming weeks alongside official images, so stay tuned!
