The Nike Air Max 90 “Infrared” is Coming Back Once Again
This time equipped with GORE-TEX.
The Nike Air Max 90 “Infrared” is probably the OG of all OG Air Max 90 colorways, ever. In fact, its popular one of the most famous Nike sneaker designs of all time. First debuting all the way back in 1990, the “Infrared” has received many retro releases, with the latest being in 2021 through a golf edition. Now, the Swoosh is once again ready to re-introduce the classic colorway, this time outfitted with GORE-TEX.
The Nike Air Max 90 “Infrared” GORE-TEX takes on almost all of its predecessor’s design cues, save for its up-tooled leather outfitting against the climate. To further illustrate on this, GORE-TEX’s logo is imprinted on the medial branding tab, where you’d usually find an “AIR MAX” sitting on, as well as the tongue logos. Beyond that, the Air Max 90 “Infrared” is true to it’s iconic self, and definitely one to look forward to for Air Max 90 fans.
