[Update 2 Nov 2023] Following the teaser released earlier on, Bugatti and adidas unveil the X Crazyfast Boot, the fusion of premium materials and groundbreaking technology. And in line with the automaker’s luxury tag, only 99 pairs will be released.

To keep the distribution of this new collectible as fair as possible, the brands are running an auction via adidas’ Collect Web 3 platform. The auction will run from 8–11 November, and all winners will receive both the physical boots and a digital copy.

Luxury automaker Bugatti and sportswear behemoth adidas teased an upcoming collaboration in a video released on 30 October. The exact nature of the partnership remains an enigma, but it could potentially feature a newly engineered football boots and an apparel range.

Sports and cars have long revolved around the same orbit, evidenced by sports stars and their fascination with sports cars. Case in point: David Beckham’s car collection stands at over 20 vehicles.

This isn’t the Three Stripes’ first effort with an automobile brand. In 2016, adidas partnered with Porsche to create the adidas Porsche Design Sport X football boots, a silhouette that celebrated the iconic Porsche 911 and Copa Mundial designs.
