1999’s Nike Air Max Sunder is set to return in its original form in Fall 2024, rebranded as the Air Max SNDR. The 25-year-old cross-trainer has never gotten a proper retro, but it made a brief return to the fore in July 2021 courtesy of the collaboration with COMME des GARÇONS HOMME PLUS.

For this reiteration, the Air Max SNDR will arrive in its original blueprint and colorway, debuting in its classic “Deep Ocean/Gold/Deep Yellow” palette.

A member of the design team assigned to the silhouette’s revival emphasized at the SNKRS Showcase that close attention to detail was paid to ensure the pair resembled those first launched 24 years ago.

The unveiling hasn’t disclosed much but they are expected to retail for US$180 in the fall next year. More images and information should surface in the coming months. Stay tuned!
